"Mommy and Me"
Our preschool programs allow parents to network with one another while being guided by ASYMCA Preschool Teachers who have reached a high level of education and experience in early childhood development. The ASYMCA "Mommy and Me" preschool format provides tools that show parents how to begin and sustain their young child's education.

Operation Hero Program
This nationwide ASYMCA program provides after school mentoring and tutoring to elementary-aged children, and Camp Pendleton ASYMCA serves the largest number of students nationally. Operation Hero is offered at all five Camp Pendleton elementary schools and your gift ensures this program is free of charge.

Project Liberty Call
This ASYMCA program is offered to junior enlisted families (ranks of E-5 and below who have children). The program provides leisure and recreational activities, but donations also support these families with gas cards during medical treatments which require extensive traveling.

School of Infantry ASYMCA Concrete Beach
The School of Infantry Command (SOI) is the next stop for all newly graduated Marines coming from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego. SOI's task is to make "every Marine a rifleman," and during the sometimes arduous training, ASYMCA hosts Concrete Beach where Marines can relax, enjoy music and expertly grilled hotdogs. Your gift funds the food / drinks purchased for the twice a month events serving approximately 200 - 400 Marines each time.

Y Shuttle Transportation Program
This NO COST transportation program offers Camp Pendleton Marines, Sailors, and their family members the capability to keep important doctor, and Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition program appointments, trips to the Commissary and other base non profits which support military families.

KABC Radio ASYMCA Recreation Center at the School of Infantry
The School of Infantry training command is in a remote area of Camp Pendleton, and the ASYMCA Recreation Center offers the most current gaming electronics, recreational tables, and large screen television viewing with theatre-type seating. Your gift ensures the Center is FREE of charge.

Camp FLASHHH (Families Laughing And Sharing Hugs, Hopes and Happiness)
Camp FLASHHH is specifically geared towards military families who are part of the Armed Forces Exceptional Family Member Program, and these family members have been identified as having a physical, emotional, developmental, or learning disability requiring special services. Camp FLASHHH provides recreational opportunities while managing their unique needs and it is completely FREE of charge.

Home Hospitality - Adopt a Marine for Thanksgiving
One of our most popular programs with community members is our Home Hospitality event where they can host two Marines for Thanksgiving dinner. Funds provide free raffle items such as game boys, portable play stations, IPOD's, any type of electronics these young men can enjoy and will fit into their sea bag.

Secret SANTA (Support And Nurture Those Americans who serve)
Our Christmas program was created to facilitate community members' appreciation of service while also providing assistance to the most junior Service Members who are E-5 and below with children. Your funds support families who were not sponsored by a community member, business, or organization by providing retail and grocery gift cards.

School of Infantry Superbowl Event
With the valuable assistance from the School of Infantry (SOI) Command, ASYMCA coordinates, plans and funds an annual Super Bowl event so Marine students can participate in America's unofficial holiday. Your monetary gift purchases the food and drinks, pre-Superbowl entertainment and free raffle items.

Camp Pendleton ASYMCA Bicycle Giveaway
Like the Ball Gown Giveaway, the Bicycle Giveaway is a first come, first serve FREE event held in early December, just in time for Christmas! A range of bicycles are offered and it is not limited to military families' participation - single Service Members are also welcomed to participate. We welcome donations of new bicycles for children and adults or a monetary gift will purchase a bicycle for the event.

Camp Pendleton ASYMCA Ball Gown Giveaway
The Annual Ball Gown Giveaway is held every September in conjunction with the Navy and Marine Corps Birthday Balls, and we offer a FREE event where active duty personnel and their family members can make 1-2 selections from thousands of formal dresses, shoes, and accessories. Donations of larger size gowns are ALWAYS needed (size 12 and up), and funds provide an assortment of accessories, free food/drink offered during the event, and entertainment for the children.

Camp Hero
Camp Hero is a sister program to Operation Hero. This summer enrichment program helps bridge the gap during the summer months. The focus of the program is respect, responsibility, caring, and honesty. These ASYMCA core values are implemented through hands-on activities, team building, and academics which are hosted by the Camp Pendleton community centers. Camp Hero has a small fee to ensure attendance, but monetary gifts provide the tools for activities and team building.

Partner Member Campaign
The Camp Pendleton ASYMCA Board of Management sets an annual fundraising goal to seek out funding our program and services since we do not have a revenue source other than our annual fundraisers. A gift to the Partner Member guarantees Camp Pendleton ASYMCA programs and services continue and our agency is able to respond to the immediate needs of military families.
